Welcome to Towne Auto Group! Towne has been a WNY family-owned automotive establishment since 1969. Our first dealership, Towne Lincoln-Mercury, was started by Frank Downing in June 1969 in a small strip plaza in Orchard Park. Over the years we have had the opportunity to expand our franchise portfolio to eight franchises including Ford, Chevy, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM, Buick, Mazda and Hyundai. We also added a Quick Lane Service Department for no appointment service needs.
Under the leadership of Frank and Dan Downing, The Towne Automotive Group has remained a family operation and a successful business that is a second home to over 300 of Western New York’s best employees! According to Business First, our employees agree that Towne is the Best Place to Work. Over 15 percent have been with us 20 years or more, and 30 percent 10 years. Treating customers and employees like family lies at the heart of our slogan “We Love Our Towne.”
Our sales staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They can answer almost all of your questions without having to run to a manager or play sales games. We provide all of our customers with everyday low prices and great savings opportunities.
In addition to sales, Towne is also the best place to get your vehicle serviced. Our modern facilities are second to none, with a heated service drive through, comfortable waiting lounge, and free Wi-Fi and coffee. Customers are also able to take out loaner cars and use our service shuttles. You can also visit our Quick Lane for while you wait, appointment free, low-price maintenance.
