Job Description:
Prepare for future advancement to Service Advisor or Team Service Manager.
Greet customers
Assist Porter with Alignment and Battery checks.
Perform service walk-around inspection
Write repair orders as necessary.
Run OASIS with symptom codes and attach to the repair order prior to dispatch
Book charges to repair orders as requested.
Perform Service “re-delivery” as appropriate.
Handle phone calls to set appointments, update status, and answer questions.
Assist ASM’s
call customers and extended SRV plans for authorization
call special order parts customers
Call service customers to confirm and remind customers of scheduled appointments
Assign service loaners
Submit for Digital Imaging and ESP prior approval
Assist with booking warranty labor operations, submitting claims and correcting them
Assist with dispatching work to the shop
Learn the Cashier functions and cover for meal periods and breaks

Friendly/outgoing personality
Positive attitude & work ethic
Valid/clean NYS Driver’s License -18 years or older
Ability to drive cars and light trucks with automatic and standard transmission
Basic knowledge of Automotive systems and Operation
Computer experience and keyboarding skills
High School graduate or equivalent
Physically able to lift, carry, bend, shovel snow, brush off cars

Mon-Fri – 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Some Sat’s may be required.
